How long until I receive my order?
There are many factors to play into the overall timing of your shipment. Is the unit currently in stock? If it is in stock, there is usually a couple of days to stage your shipment. Then a freight carrier is contracted and the timing depends on how long the haul is from the distribution center. We lie to allow about 2 weeks for shipment. If it is not in stock we will provide you with an estimated restocking time and place your order in the queue. If you would prefer to look for an alternative model, please reach out for assistance.
How will my fridge be shipped?
All fridge orders are shipped via freight carrier on a pallet. Freight deliveries are different than your standard delivery of products. The delivery is typically to your front door or driveway and the carrier/driver calls to schedule a time when you will be home.
It is a good idea to hire someone or ask for some assistance to get your fridge inside and installed. White glove service, for an additional fee, may be available but it depends on the brand. It is a good idea to inspect the fridge for any damages while the driver is still there.
Is there any sales tax?
We do charge sales tax for any orders in the State of Florida per the rules of taxation for internet orders.
Once I place my order, can I make any changes?
Yes, you can but it is important to reach out as soon as possible before the fridge gets staged in the shipping warehouse.
Where is the warehouse that will deliver my fridge?
Each manufacturer has their own warehouses and some are on the West Coast and others on the East Coast.
Can I return my fridge for any reason?
Typically, no. There must be damage to place a return. Please refer to the return policies of each manufacturer.
